




Job Summary: A butcher responsible for receiving, storing, preparing, deboning, and serving customers—ensuring product quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining workplace hygiene and organization. · PERFORM TASKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUTCHER SHOP SUPERVISOR'S INSTRUCTIONS · RECEIVE MEAT DELIVERED BY SUPPLIERS: VERIFY QUANTITY AGAINST INVOICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY, REPORTING ANY IRREGULARITIES · PROPERLY STORE AND LABEL MEAT IN THE REFRIGERATED CHAMBER · SET UP THE DISPLAY COUNTER ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS · DEBONE MEAT AS REQUIRED · SERVE CUSTOMERS AT THE COUNTER: OFFER AVAILABLE PRODUCTS, PREPARE CUSTOMER-REQUESTED CUTS, AND PACKAGE AND LABEL ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS · PREPARE MENU ITEMS ACCORDING TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (WEIGHT/PORTION SIZE) · MONITOR PRODUCT EXPIRATION DATES AND OPTIMIZE USAGE ACCORDINGLY · PREPARE SPECIALTY CUTS AS REQUESTED · PRODUCE IN-HOUSE ITEMS ACCORDING TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: HAMBURGERS, SAUSAGES, MEATBALLS, STUFFED AND SEASONED PRODUCTS · RESTOCK AND ORGANIZE DISPLAY REFRIGERATORS · APPLY MUNICIPAL INSPECTION SEAL (SIM) AS REQUIRED · MAINTAIN WORKPLACE ORGANIZATION AND HYGIENE · KEEP UNIFORM CLEAN · ENSURE PROPER STORAGE, MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, AND SECURITY OF EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND UTENSILS USED ON THE JOB Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3.100,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Experience: * Butcher Shop Experience (Preferred)
