**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the teacher in carrying out daily classroom activities.
* Assist in guiding students during pedagogical activities, ensuring they understand tasks and participate actively.
* Support individualized student follow-up, respecting learning paces and specific needs.
* Assist in organizing the classroom environment, teaching materials, and pedagogical resources.
* Participate in planning and preparing materials, activities, and records when requested by the teacher.
* Help maintain a disciplined, collaborative, and respectful environment.
* Support the teacher in monitoring attendance, organizing assignments, and managing routine administrative controls.
* Collaborate in special activities, projects, school events, and celebratory initiatives.
* Accompany students during transitions, breaks, cafeteria time, or other areas, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Ensure teaching materials are used properly, maintained, and stored appropriately.
* Support observation of student behavior, progress, and other needs, reporting to the teacher whenever necessary.
* Promote attitudes of respect, inclusion, responsibility, autonomy, and positive coexistence among students.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or graduated from Pedagogy or an education-related field;
* Prior experience in a school setting or in educational administrative roles;
* Preferred — Familiarity with school management platforms;
**Additional Information**
* **On-site work in Florianópolis/SC.**
* **Employment type:** CLT
* **Working hours:** 44 hours per week — Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM
