Job Summary: Professional to handle hospital authorization routines, bill analysis, communication with health insurance providers, and deadline monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Relationship management with health insurance providers and healthcare plans Desired Profile \* Knowledge of hospital admission authorization (elective, emergency, clinical); \* Familiarity with TUSS/CBHPM fee schedules; \* Knowledge of OPME (preferred); \* Familiarity with health insurance provider systems (e.g., UNIMED, SCSAUDE, and other healthcare plans)\- Preferred \* Excel proficiency (preferred); \* Knowledge of Tasy system (preferred); Job Description \* Hospital authorization department routines; \* Execution of hospital authorization processes (pre-admission, post-admission, elective); \* Analysis of billing reports to identify authorization requirements; \* Communication with health insurance providers and healthcare plans; \* Collection of documentation and medical reports; \* Monitoring and tracking of authorization deadlines. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
