Collaborative and dynamic team focused on development **Longview has an opening for a Supply Assistant!** Job Mission Support supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency in procurement processes, purchase order control, and supplier relationship management, thereby contributing to the smooth execution of the company's internal demands. Main Responsibilities * Support issuance and tracking of purchase requisitions and orders; * Conduct supplier quotations, analyzing prices, delivery timelines, and terms; * Assist in negotiation of raw materials, services, and supplies; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and compliance; * Verify documentation for supplier registration and updates; * Maintain updated controls, spreadsheets, and system information; * Respond to internal requests, providing support to requesting departments; * Organize physical and digital departmental files. Education * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree (preferably in Administration, Logistics, or related fields). Experience * Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, or administrative functions is considered a plus. Technical Competencies * Basic understanding of procurement and purchase order control; * Ability to perform basic cost and proposal analysis; * Proficiency in ERP systems and data/document organization.
