Our commitment is to **society**, and our duty is to **deliver maximum value to our customers.** Join our team of **Experts!** **OBJECTIVE** Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales, qualifying the maturity of public-sector accounts and ensuring only leads with genuine potential advance to commercial investment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Key responsibilities * Analyze MQLs generated from Market Intelligence and Demand Generation strategies * Assess the public agency’s context, motivation for interest, and demand maturity level * Differentiate between curiosity, benchmarking, and genuine institutional pain points * Conduct initial consultative outreach (e-mail, call, exploratory meetings) * Perform structured and intelligent follow-ups * Nurture accounts with technical content appropriate to their funnel stage * Encourage natural progression of conversations without forcing opportunities * Identify institutional pain points, priorities, and challenges * Map technical stakeholders and decision-makers (where possible) * Explore potential procurement pathways (upcoming tenders, framework agreements, exemptions, etc.) * Record information clearly in CRM/internal tools * Recommend advancing accounts to Commercial Development or returning them to nurturing * Participate in alignment rituals with Marketing and Sales teams * Protect the commercial team’s time by avoiding handover of immature accounts **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing degree in: Business Administration, Commercial Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields * Practical experience with CRMs and Spotter (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Customer rapport and consultative outreach techniques (familiarity with SPIN Selling, MEDDPICC preferred) * Prior experience with technology companies. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) * Account-based prospecting
