Learn about the position and apply. \\ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR MIDDLE OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT \| FLORIANÓPOLIS (SC) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Register new customers and update information in internal systems; Manage database migration and internal mirroring, as well as assist with client portability, ensuring accuracy and compliance of information; Submit periodic reports to advisors or clients upon request; Provide or retrieve information from the office as needed; Open internal support tickets with XP to resolve operational issues; Query internal client information to ensure fast and accurate responses; Participate in training and onboarding of new commercial team members, providing operational information and initial support; Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Financial Management, or related fields; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across departments; Capacity to solve problems effectively and proactively. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ANCORD certification and willingness to obtain the FBB100 certification later; Prior experience in operational or administrative support; Knowledge of the financial sector or experience in corporate environments.
