Experience with customer service centers (CSC) and management tools (Jira, Trello) Check Commerce, a fast-growing full-commerce company, is expanding its **Customer Success** area to meet the rising demand in Brazil’s e-commerce market. Starting in November, Check Commerce will assume responsibility for the entire e-commerce operations of the group, including **customer service, logistics, payments, and billing**. We are looking for an **E-commerce Customer Support Assistant** to join the Customer Success team, responsible for **pre- and post-sales** support for online stores of **major market brands**. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide **pre- and post-sales** support to e-commerce customers; * Respond to and support customers via **chat, email, and social media;** * Ensure service quality by meeting platform **KPIs and SLAs;** * Execute processes related to **reverse logistics, exchanges, returns, and refunds;** * Log and track requests using management tools; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience. Requirements * Prior experience in **customer service center (CSC) operations or customer support in e-commerce;** * Excellent **written and verbal communication skills;** * Proficiency in **Brazilian Portuguese;** * Experience with task and project management tools (e.g., **Jira, Trello**, or similar).
