Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, AI platforms, aesthetic sensitivity, execution speed, understanding of mental triggers applied to the VSL format, and the ability to propose visual improvements based on performance metrics are essential. * Edit VSLs based on predefined scripts and visual guidelines. * Perform optimizations (lead, microlead, and upsell). * Edit with strategic pacing, intelligent cuts, and transitions that increase engagement and conversion. * Perform color grading, audio adjustments, and framing as needed. * Create dynamic cuts, zooms, and strategic emphasis points to maintain audience engagement. * Use basic text animations, transitions, soundtracks, inserts, and graphic elements that reinforce the copy’s narrative. * Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (deepfake, avatars, voice cloning and characters, background generation, audio enhancement, and complementary montage generation). * Upload the finalized video to Vturb. * Monitor AI trends in the video editing market, bring references, trends, and new approaches. * Support new editors on the team as a mentor, providing guidance on minor questions during their adaptation phase. * Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative solutions. * Attend demand-tracking meetings. * Ensure on-time delivery with high technical quality and organized file management.
