Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Leader to manage development projects, coordinate execution, ensure deadlines and quality, and act as a facilitator between business areas and the technical team. Manage activity progress and present results to stakeholders. We are looking for a Project Leader to join our team and support the management of large- and medium-scale development projects. The professional will be responsible for coordinating project execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards. The Project Leader will act as a facilitator between business areas and the technical team, manage activity progress, and deliver status updates and results presentations to stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** Manage and coordinate large- and medium-scale projects, ensuring delivery according to schedule and budget. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, identifying risks and proposing solutions. Use project management tools such as Jira to monitor progress, track activity evolution, and generate reports. Organize and lead stakeholder review meetings, delivering results and project status updates. Assist in creating user stories and task cards for the development team, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and aligned with project objectives. Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities. Monitor and ensure task execution as planned, supporting the team in resolving blockers and challenges. Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking corrective actions when necessary. Conduct project performance analysis and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** Experience as a Project Leader or in similar roles within technology companies. Proficiency in Jira for project management and progress tracking. Solid knowledge of project scheduling development and control. Ability to deliver results and status presentations to stakeholders at various levels. Proven experience managing large- and medium-scale software development projects. Skill in crafting clear and concise user stories and task cards for the development team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on organization and clarity. Proactivity, negotiation skills, and results orientation. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
