REQUIREMENTS: ➢ Higher education degree – Bachelor's in Nursing, recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), with diploma issued; ➢ Postgraduate specialization course in Occupational Nursing, recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), State Secretariats or State Councils of Education, with diploma issued; ➢ Registration with the respective Professional Council. __________________________________________________ Main Responsibilities: * Disease and accident prevention: Develops and implements programs to prevent work-related illnesses such as Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) and Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs), as well as vaccination campaigns and workplace safety guidance. * Worker assistance: Provides first aid in emergencies, performs outpatient care, monitors workers on leave, and assists in their return to work. * Occupational health management: Supervises occupational medical exams, monitors absences and leaves, and collaborates with the occupational health and safety team. * Education and guidance: Conducts lectures, training sessions, and develops educational materials on occupational health, ergonomics, quality of life, and disease prevention. * Workplace environment adaptation: Collaborates in adapting the work environment to reduce health risks for employees. * Preparation of reports and documentation: Prepares technical reports and documents related to the field of practice, such as completing and issuing Biological Monitoring Reports. Monitors actions from PCMSO (NR-07).
