Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to work in Plastic Injection, ensuring regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and up-to-date legal documentation. Key Highlights: 1. PPE management and on-site usage supervision. 2. CIPA and Fire Brigade organization. 3. Conducting daily inspections and NR compliance control. **Job Summary:** We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our **Plastic Injection** plant. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing workplace safety, and maintaining up-to-date legal documentation. Main Responsibilities **1\. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Management:** * Inventory control, distribution, and recordkeeping of **PPEs** * Supervision of correct equipment usage on the shop floor and employee awareness. **2\. Routine Tasks:** * Organizing the electoral process, inauguration, and monthly meetings of the **CIPA** (Regulatory Norms), ensuring minutes are recorded and the action plan is implemented. * **Fire Brigade** management: organizing training sessions and team renewal. * Coordination with the **Fire Department**, and inspection of fire extinguishers and hydrants. . **3\. Inspections and Audits:** * Conducting **daily inspections** across the factory. * Preparing inspection reports and requesting action plans from managers. **4\. Documentation and NR Compliance Control:** * Monitoring **NR validity periods** and mandatory training deadlines. * Assisting in updating legal documents such as the PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO, and LTCAT. * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment – MTE) or currently enrolled. * **Experience:** Prior industrial experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for validity and inventory spreadsheet control).
