Responsible for the safe and correct opening/closing of the restaurant The Shift Coordinator at KFC leads restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, food quality, and achievement of performance targets. Responsible for training staff, managing cash handling, performing store opening/closing procedures, and monitoring financial results of the shift. Requires high school diploma, leadership skills, and experience in fast\-food. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Engage, train, and develop employees during the shift. * **Operations:** Coordinate kitchen production and dining room service. * **Financial Controls:** Cash reconciliation, bank deposit verification, and report analysis. * **Quality and Safety:** Ensure adherence to KFC quality standards and food safety regulations. * **Opening/Closing:** Direct responsibility for the safe and correct opening and/or closing of the restaurant.
