Communication with motorcycle couriers/delivery personnel **DELIVERY OPERATOR (SAVORY SNACKS STORE)** We are hiring a **Delivery Operator** to join our team! We seek a dynamic, responsible individual with experience in customer service and delivery platforms—especially **iFood**. **Working Hours:** From **12:00 PM to 8:20 PM** (including break) **Workplace:** Savory snacks store (in-person and online customer service) **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the **iFood** system and **Website** (order receipt and tracking) * Order picking, verification, and dispatch * Organization and management of delivery orders * Support production as needed * Organization and cleaning of the workplace * Basic inventory control and packaging restocking * Communication with motorcycle couriers/delivery personnel **Requirements:** * Experience with delivery platforms (especially **iFood**) * Agility and proactivity * Good communication skills and courtesy * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team * Commitment to scheduled working hours.
