We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer** to join our development team and assume responsibility for infrastructure. This is a strategic role aimed at ensuring **reliability, performance, and cost optimization** in the cloud environment. **▶ Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain production systems, ensuring stability and high availability; * Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements; * Optimize cloud resources and costs; * Investigate and resolve incidents, maintaining up-to-date documentation and proposing continuous improvements; * Collaborate with the development team on CI/CD practices and observability. * Support **ISO 27001 certification initiatives**, especially those related to security and infrastructure. **▶ Requirements** * Prior experience as a DevOps engineer; * Experience with Linux; * Hands-on experience with **monitoring and observability** (e.g., Datadog); * Prior experience with **Google Cloud or AWS**, **SQL**, and/or **Python**; * Knowledge of performance metrics; * Experience handling incidents and on\-call rotations. * Advanced English for reading and writing (mandatory). **▶ Nice-to-have** * Familiarity with **Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)**. * Knowledge of **system security** and **DevSecOps**. **▶ Benefits** * Meal or food allowance: R$ 1\.200/month * Health insurance (Unimed): 20% co-payment * Dental insurance (Uniodonto): no co-payment * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR): up to 1 monthly salary/year (based on company performance) * Gym allowance: reimbursement of up to R$ 250/month * Life insurance * Language courses Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Are you available to work onsite or hybrid in Trindade, Florianópolis/SC? * What is your CLT salary expectation? * Do you prefer a CLT or PJ contract?
