We are looking for a **Commercial Receptionist** to work in a dental clinic — serving as the company’s first impression and playing a fundamental role in the patient experience. We seek a professional who is communicative, organized, welcoming, and commercially oriented. Main Responsibilities: * Greet patients in person with courtesy and professionalism; * Provide telephone and WhatsApp customer service; * Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments; * Present treatments and clarify initial questions about services; * Prepare estimates and support treatment negotiation and closure; * Register patients in the system and maintain organized medical records; * Support post-sale activities and patient relationship management; * Assist in organizing the reception area and administrative routines. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service (experience in clinics preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with technology and appointment scheduling systems; * Commercial mindset and goal orientation; * Organizational skills, empathy, and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in dental clinics or healthcare settings; * Experience in consultative sales; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques; * Experience with CRM systems.
