




Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist for a dental clinic to ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for patients and visitors, performing front-desk and administrative support duties. Efficient management of appointments and patient flow We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dental clinic, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for our patients and visitors. **Responsibilities** * Organize the reception area daily**.** * Greet clients/patients courteously, empathetically, and sympathetically, providing a welcoming service. * Promptly answer the intercom and grant access whenever necessary. * Address all patients, introducing\-yourself by name and offering an appropriate greeting (good morning/good afternoon/good evening). * Determine whether the patient is an existing or first\-time visitor. * Welcome new patients and guide them throughout the entire process. * Continue treatments, prioritizing the same responsible dentist (according to specialty). * Contact inventory the day before to confirm deliveries of materials/work. * Contact patients one day prior to confirm appointments. * In case of approximately 20\-minute delays, contact the patient to offer rescheduling. * Accurately update the electronic appointment schedule (status: attended, confirmed, scheduled, missed, waiting room). * Record outcomes of confirmation calls (confirmed, rescheduled, canceled, no\-show). * After each appointment, request the protocol for the next procedure and register it in the system: dentist, patient, procedure, and estimated duration. * Identify emergency cases (pain, bleeding, fracture, etc.) and immediately refer them to the responsible dentist while notifying management. * Issue prescriptions, collect the dentist\'s signature, and instruct the patient on pre\- and post\-operative care. * Accurately enter patient registration data (address, ZIP code, date of birth, CPF), requesting documents when necessary. * For prescriptions not pre\-registered in the system, seek guidance from the dentist outside the reception area. * Ensure all patients are attended to and monitor waiting times. * Serve as the interface between patients and dentists for low\-complexity inquiries. * Receive radiographic exams, orthodontic documentation, and laboratory work, registering and tracking them correctly. * At the end of the workday, organize the reception area Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.978,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On\-site
