Handles call screening, calendar management, correspondence organization, administrative support to teams, and recording of relevant information. Ensures order and security at the company entrance, contributing to a welcoming work environment and safeguarding the organization’s institutional image. **Activities:** * Answer and direct telephone calls, accurately noting and relaying messages; * Receive and guide visitors, ensuring compliance with identification and access protocols; * Maintain updated internal extension lists, contact directories, and telephone message recordings; * Provide administrative support to employees and company departments; * Manage and update meeting schedules and various appointments; * Receive, log, and forward correspondence, courier packages, and deliveries; * Monitor personnel entry and exit, ensuring environmental control and security; * Update customer and supplier contact lists; * Manage and distribute internet (Wi\-Fi) access credentials for visitors and guests; * Send documents and parcels according to internal procedures; * Organize and manage reception supplies (ID badges, keys, office supplies, etc.); * Organize and archive departmental documents and records; * Comply with technical, administrative, safety, environmental, and quality management standards; * Participate in programs and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of services, processes, and the organizational environment; * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area; * Perform other related duties within the scope of responsibility, as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We hope you have:** **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. **Knowledge:** Basic Microsoft Office suite; Customer service experience. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Profit-sharing and results-based bonus paid semiannually Group life insurance Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses Internal parking for motorcycles and bicycles Rotating car parking Employee association And much more!
