Main Responsibilities: * **Public Service:** Greet, identify, and direct visitors, clients, or users to the appropriate people/departments with courtesy and professionalism. * **Communications:** Answer and screen telephone calls, take and deliver messages, and manage emails and correspondence (receive, distribute, dispatch). * **Scheduling and Reservations:** Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage professionals’ or rooms’ calendars. * **Organization and Control:** Maintain a clean and organized reception area, monitor foot traffic, register visitors, manage office supply inventory, and operate equipment (printers, copiers). * **Administrative Support:** Assist with tasks such as typing, filing, key and access control, and other support activities as needed.
