Build your career in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment. **Join the Total Garantidora team and help\-us build a safer and more prosperous future for our clients and partners!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct active/reactive collections from delinquent condominium residents; * Conduct reactive collections via WhatsApp for delinquent condominium residents; * Negotiate payment methods and issue bank slips (boletos); * Record negotiation information in the CRM; * Prepare reports on collections performed and existing arrears; * Monitor agreements and receivables. **Required Competencies:** * Experience with collections CRM systems * Experience with telephony/WhatsApp systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * Reside in São José or Greater Florianópolis. * Experience in condominium collections. **Education:** High school diploma and/or currently pursuing higher education.
