Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service and consultative sales, focused on promoting our weight training and Pilates services and managing leads. Key Highlights: 1. We are a training center specialized in free-weight resistance training and Pilates, dedicated to delivering personalized, welcoming, and results-oriented experiences. We aim to provide our students with a motivating, safe, and professional environment to achieve their goals in health, performance, and well-being. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service, presenting our membership plans, service modalities, and unique features. * Lead guided tours for prospective students, showcasing facility infrastructure, equipment, and training methodology. * Actively manage leads from initial contact through to conversion. * Assist at the reception desk, ensuring warm and professional customer service. * Participate in relationship-building activities and internal promotional campaigns. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills, approachability, and ability to build relationships. * Proficiency in consultative sales and customer service. * Organizational skills and proactivity in lead management. * Affinity with the fitness industry (weight training, functional training, Pilates). * Prior experience in sales or front-desk roles is a plus.
