Position: Administrative Assistant – Office in Saco Grande, Florianópolis We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at an office located in Saco Grande, Florianópolis/SC. This is an opportunity to perform essential departmental activities, ensuring smooth internal office operations. Main Responsibilities * Organizing and archiving physical and digital documents. * Managing office supply inventory and requesting office materials. * Assisting with meeting scheduling and calendar management. * Answering phone calls and receiving clients/suppliers, as needed. * Preparing and reviewing documents and spreadsheets (e.g., basic reports and controls); * Supporting and tracking purchase requests and purchase orders; * Updating spreadsheets and systems of represented industries and internal systems for data control and report generation; * Providing general support for office administrative and financial routines. Desired Qualifications * Completed high school education (or currently enrolled in or graduated from technical or higher education in related fields). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Prior experience in administrative routines is considered a plus. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Strong writing and reading skills. * Residing in or having easy access to the Saco Grande/Florianópolis area. Employment Information * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM). * Work Location: On-site – Saco Grande, Florianópolis/SC.
