Support the professional development and growth of team members The mission of the person we seek for the position of **Technology Coordination \- Software Development** is to lead and develop a team of developers responsible for building, evolving, and maintaining software solutions that collect and process data from thousands of energy meters deployed across field sites throughout Brazil—ensuring technical quality, delivery predictability, and alignment with business objectives. **In your day-to-day work, you will:** ------------------------------ * Coordinate the work of a backend development team, serving as a technical reference and advocate for best practices. * Plan, monitor, and prioritize technical tasks in collaboration with Product, R\&D, and other company departments. * Ensure delivery quality by promoting software engineering best practices (Clean Code, testing, architecture, code reviews). * Provide technical support to the team in architectural decisions, system integration, and resolution of complex issues—with support from the team’s Tech Leader and subject-matter experts. * Drive the development and growth of team members through 1:1 meetings, frequent feedback, and performance tracking. * Facilitate communication between the technical team and business units, translating requirements into feasible solutions. * Contribute to the evolution of development processes (agile methodologies, workflow, documentation). **What We’re Looking For:** --------------------------- * Prior experience leading or coordinating development teams (formal or informal). * Solid foundation in software architecture, system integration, and distributed applications. * Knowledge and application of software development pipeline best practices. * Strong people management skills, including effective communication, organization, and accountability. * Minimum 3 years of technical leadership experience managing development teams. * Experience supporting mission-critical systems. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** -------------------------------------- * Backend development experience with **C\# (.Net Framework and .Net Core)**. * Experience with systems communicating with hardware, embedded firmware, communication protocols, IoT, socket-based communication, networking, and messaging. * Experience in energy data environments, utilities, or mission-critical continuous-operation systems. * Technical English proficiency.
