Monitoring and validation of physical progress of construction projects We are seeking a Construction Controller professional to execute and support the technical, physical, and financial planning and control of construction projects through integrated management of costs, schedules, and indicators—based on consolidation of approved budgets and initial schedules; support the development, review, and control of project budgets; support the preparation of economic feasibility analyses and budgets; monitor and validate the physical progress of construction projects, ensuring data reliability, result predictability, and decision-making support for responsible managers. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering is required; Preferred: Postgraduate studies or MBA in progress in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management; Deviations identified promptly, with clear impact analysis and decision-making support.
