Focus on quality and safety We are seeking a **Production Assistant** with experience in **hydraulic hose assembly**, to work in the preparation, assembly, and inspection process of hydraulic assemblies, ensuring quality, safety, and departmental organization. **Responsibilities** * Perform **hydraulic hose assembly**, according to production orders and technical specifications. * **Cut hoses** and prepare components (fittings, connectors, protective sleeves, identification tags). * Operate **crimping press/machine** for fitting crimping, following standards and dimensional requirements. * Verify **dimensions, hose sizes, fittings, and positioning** per drawing/sample. * Support **inventory organization** of hoses and connectors (sorting and labeling). * Maintain an organized workstation (5S) and comply with **safety/EPI regulations**. * Record basic production data and report non-conformities to the supervisor. **Requirements** * Practical knowledge of **fittings, connectors, hose sizes, and crimping standards**. * Basic ability to **read and interpret** measurements, specifications, and production orders. * Attention to detail, agility, and commitment to quality. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and discipline * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Proactivity and focus on quality **Salary: To be discussed** **Our working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.** **We offer: Transportation allowance, meal allowance, and healthcare/dental plans.** **Interested candidates should send their resume to: recrutamento@psxjetpower.com.br** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.980,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
