We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines, without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment for construction sites, ensuring availability of required resources. * Control the incoming and outgoing flow of materials, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Monitor inventory levels and consumption to prevent shortages or excesses. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory movement and stock position. * Organize and maintain the warehouse under appropriate storage, safety, and preservation conditions. * Support the procurement process for materials by obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers according to internal policies. * Respond promptly and effectively to demands from construction teams. * Ensure proper use and preservation of equipment and tools. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or materials assistant on construction sites. * Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Basic computer literacy, especially Excel and inventory management systems. * Must reside in Porto Belo, Balneário Camboriú, or nearby region. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organized and meticulous profile, with attention to detail. * Proactivity to respond promptly and efficiently to construction team demands. * Responsibility and commitment to preserving materials and equipment. * Strong communication skills, facilitating interaction with teams, suppliers, and other construction site departments. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth logistics operations.
