Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst in Civil Engineering to contribute to the consolidation of the Quality Management System, focusing on continuous improvement and process standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the implementation and maintenance of PBQP-H 2. Development and control of QMS documents 3. Support in internal and external audits **Junior Quality Analyst – Civil Engineering** D’Campos Construtora, with over 10 years of experience in civil construction, is currently expanding and structuring its Quality Department, having already achieved PBQP\-H certification. We seek a professional to directly support the consolidation of the Quality Management System, with emphasis on continuous improvement, process standardization, and site support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the implementation and maintenance of PBQP\-H * Development and control of QMS documents (procedures, checklists, FVS/FVM) * Monitoring of indicators (KPIs) * Support in internal and external audits * Control of non-conformities and process improvement * Organization of records and evidence * Support in the implementation of systems and new processes * Interface with construction sites and internal departments **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (completed or nearing completion) * Ability to read technical drawings and standards * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Organized and analytical mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in construction sites or quality management * Knowledge of PBQP\-H / ISO 9001 / NBR 15575 * Familiarity with management tools (PDCA, indicators, processes) **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Results-oriented mindset Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.704,31 \- R$6\.690,65 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
