Job Summary: Lead the infrastructure team to ensure high availability and performance of critical systems and services, while promoting a culture of proactivity and continuous improvement. Capacity planning and infrastructure growth **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ensure maximum system and service availability (uptime) and performance for critical infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, cloud), through proactive monitoring, failure prevention processes, and efficient incident management. Lead, develop, and serve as a technical and behavioral role model for the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of proactivity, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement—essential elements for a positive Employee Experience within the area. Manage capacity planning and infrastructure growth by leveraging People Analytics and quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)—such as response time, resource utilization, and incident rates—to make data-driven decisions and ensure technology scales effectively to support the company’s business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the infrastructure team, including network administrators, cloud engineers, and DBAs. Supervise continuous monitoring of physical and cloud servers (CPU usage, memory, disk, etc.). Ensure DBAs conduct periodic log analysis and provide proactive reports on database health. Define and review monitoring processes and standards for services and servers to prevent failures and outages. Create, track, and report infrastructure quality KPIs (uptime, resource utilization, incidents, response time, etc.). Plan infrastructure capacity and growth in alignment with corporate strategy. Serve as a technical and behavioral role model for the team, promoting a culture of proactivity, prevention, and operational excellence. Collaborate with other teams (development, product, security) to ensure environment stability and security. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience leading IT infrastructure teams. Proficiency in Linux environments, servers, and virtualization. Knowledge of monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana). Ability to define and track infrastructure performance indicators (KPIs). Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving oriented profile. Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Certifications in ITIL, Linux, Cloud, or Security. Knowledge of Kubernetes. Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
