Attention to cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the department The primary mission of this role is to produce bread that delights customers through freshness, flavor, quality, and presentation. **Your responsibilities will include:** Assisting in the production of bakery items (wheat bread, baguette, semi-Italian bread, half-bread, levain bread, tiger bread, savory braided bread, etc.) according to recipes; Participating in all stages of the bread manufacturing process (preparation, proofing, and baking time); Checking product expiration dates, appearance, and quality; Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the department; **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Experience in bakery production. **You will stand out if you have:** Vocational training courses in bakery. **Working hours:** From 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 10 minute break.
