Main Responsibilities: Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, volume); Serve as a role model and mentor for the team, guiding and supporting team development; Conduct procurement and cost analysis, and identify improvement opportunities; Ensure appropriate supply levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking; Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships; Monitor departmental KPIs and propose actions to improve performance; Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. Requirements: Experience in procurement and negotiation; Experience in cost and performance metric analysis; Analytical and strategic mindset; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
