Conduct quotations, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. Perform consumption analyses, control purchase orders, and monitor deliveries, ensuring items are received according to established quality standards and deadlines. Maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance, and continuously seek new opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Also support administrative activities within the department, prepare reports, and keep internal system records updated.
