Job Summary: The Logistics Operations Assistant will plan routes, monitor deliveries, manage inventory, and facilitate communication among teams to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a liaison between warehouse, drivers, sales representatives, and customers **LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (FOR JURERE)** **MUST RESIDE IN THE NORTHERN PART OF THE ISLAND** \- Plan and organize delivery routes to achieve greater operational efficiency; \- Monitor daily driver and delivery team schedules; \- Monitor delivery progress and provide support in resolving incidents; \- Ensure correct order picking, verification, and dispatch; \- Control the movement of goods in the warehouse; \- Support material receiving and storage; \- Assist in tracking KPIs and organizing logistics operations; Act as a liaison between warehouse, drivers, sales representatives, and customers to ensure efficient communication; Contribute to organization, discipline, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Requirements** Driver's License Category B \- Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics is a plus); Experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatch, or transportation; Knowledge of delivery route planning; Proficiency in computer applications and management systems; Strong communication skills and organizational ability; Proactive, responsible profile with capability to coordinate activities and guide teams. Experience in construction materials or paint sectors; Knowledge of logistics KPIs; Experience coordinating operational teams.
