Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant will handle freight quotations, scheduling of pickups and deliveries, and customer service for shipment and maintenance requests. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing shipping and logistical control **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** **On-site work in Florianópolis/SC** **Requirements:** \- Completed or ongoing high school education **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in inventory control \- Knowledge of electronics/electrical systems \- Residence near the Itacorubi neighborhood **Responsibilities:** * **Contact and quote freight carriers** (transport companies/marketplaces), defining deadlines, transportation mode, costs, and the best option according to SLA. * **Create and initiate delivery requests in the system** (order/expedition request), ensuring complete data entry (customer, address, cargo volume, invoices, deadlines). * **Schedule pickups and deliveries**, monitor status, resolve issues with transport carriers, and maintain updated traceability. * **Receive and record customer requests for return shipments for repair** (parts/equipment), advising on shipping procedures, deadlines, and required documentation. * **Assist customers via the maintenance ticketing platform**, responding to requests, updating statuses, collecting information, and routing to the responsible department when necessary. * Support **cargo volume verification**, shipping organization, and internal communication (production/maintenance/inventory) to ensure correct and timely dispatch. * Maintain updated **logistics records and information** (carriers, deadlines, tracking numbers, incidents) and assist in generating simple performance reports (deadlines, delays, incidents).
