Job Summary: Professionals responsible for procuring materials and services for civil construction projects and substations, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring the end-to-end supply cycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct strategic procurement for civil construction and energy projects. 2. Negotiate and develop partnerships with suppliers. 3. Support construction and engineering teams in procurement-related requirements. * Procure materials, services, and equipment for civil construction projects and energy substations (138 kV, 230 kV, etc.). * Lead quotation processes, comparative analyses, and supplier negotiations. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the full procurement cycle through final delivery. * Manage item registration, control, and verification using **Sienge**. * Monitor delivery timelines, inventory levels, lead times, and supply performance indicators. * Support construction and engineering teams on technical procurement requirements. * Develop and qualify new strategic suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, client specifications, and project compliance requirements. * Support the finance department with fiscal documentation, contracts, and release approvals.
