Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting strategic procurement, supplier negotiations, and supply monitoring for civil construction and energy projects, ensuring compliance and supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts strategic procurement for civil construction and power substations. 2. Leads negotiations, monitors supply chain, and develops suppliers. 3. Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Procure materials, services, and equipment for civil construction and power substation projects (138 kV, 230 kV, etc.). * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and supplier negotiations. * Issue purchase orders and oversee the full procurement cycle through final delivery. * Manage item registration, control, and verification using **Sienge**. * Monitor deadlines, inventory levels, lead times, and supply performance indicators. * Support construction and engineering teams with technical procurement requirements. * Develop and qualify new strategic suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, client specifications, and project regulatory requirements. * Support Finance with tax documentation, contracts, and release approvals.
