Negotiation skills We are seeking a **Procurement Specialist** with experience in the **engineering sector**, available to start immediately. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Execute procurement of materials, equipment, and technical services * Analyze commercial proposals, delivery timelines, and payment terms * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries * Maintain supplier relationships * Seek cost reduction and improvements in procurement processes * Support the engineering department in material requirements * Verify invoices and assist in payment workflows **Requirements:** * Experience in procurement, preferably in the engineering sector * Knowledge of technical materials and services * Negotiation skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is a plus **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 48,00 per day * **Transportation Allowance** or **Mobility Assistance** **Start Date:** Immediate Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay Range: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
