If you are organized, love challenges, have a strategic mindset to strengthen the brand, and the energy to bring big ideas to life, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** Organize the brand's presence at courses for doctors and nutritionists throughout Brazil Assist the cluster analyst in **booths and large projects**, performing tasks such as spreadsheet management, forms, kit calculations, orders, reading exhibitor manuals, creating and updating WhatsApp groups; **Monitor setup, execution, and dismantling of events**; **Manage product returns** from conferences and forward information to billing; Request purchase of tickets, accommodations, and advances to the responsible department Communicate with the team scheduled for the event Perform **job creation and tracking** for marketing in the system Manage **complimentary tickets and vouchers** (registration on websites, board updates, communication to sales team and prescribers); Control **sales team uniforms** (requests, adjustments, delivery, and record keeping); Stay **up-to-date on Essentia product launches**. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Administration, Events, Marketing, or related fields); Previous experience in **corporate event production** or **trade shows/conferences**; Proficiency in **Excel and Google Workspace tools**; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organization and attention to detail.
