Job Summary: A professional to work in production planning and control, optimizing processes and ensuring operational efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement and production support. The professional will be responsible for production planning and control activities, directly contributing to the organization and efficiency of production processes. On a daily basis, they will monitor production scheduling, issue production orders, and support material demand analysis to ensure adequate supply for operations. They will also monitor purchasing requirements, generate material picking requests, and track incoming supplies, identifying potential shortages or inconsistencies that could impact the production line. Monitoring and updating production performance indicators will be part of their routine, supporting performance analysis and decision-making. The professional will collaborate closely with other departments to continuously improve manufacturing processes and organize technical documentation, as well as provide support for day-to-day production activities whenever necessary. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in production or PCP, familiarity with industrial routines, and interest in working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Knowledge of production planning and control, as well as understanding of production processes, materials logistics, and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Kanban, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and ease of use with digital systems and tools are also expected. Experience with ERP systems and exposure to industrial environments or technology companies will be considered advantageous.
