Description: We expect you to have: * Bachelor's degree in production engineering, industrial management or related fields; * Experience in PCP; * Knowledge of company systems (ERP, Sapiens, etc.); * Knowledge of Kanban and Lean manufacturing. Responsibilities; * Broad understanding of PCP integrated with production, purchasing and sales; * Coordinate PCP scheduling; * Lead the PCP team; * Ensure on-time delivery of production schedules by monitoring information flow from raw material procurement through production; * Coordinate relationships with production, sales and other supply chain members; * Schedule equipment production via production orders; * Generate reports on raw material purchases, production and shipping; * Monitor the order portfolio spreadsheet using the system; * Control equipment dispatch; * Plan, arrange and control shipment of technical service parts; * Analyze material inventories to ensure order delivery dates are met within requested timeframes; * Address discrepancies between scheduled and actual production; * Evaluate the company's production planning, scheduling and control methods, proposing improvements; * Monitor KPIs for equipment produced, delivered, inventory levels, and other department-related metrics; * Actively participate in product, process, service and environmental improvement programs; * Actively participate in management and quality system improvement programs; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related duties within your area as required by the company. 2511090202181859752
