**Videomaker/Filmmaker** #1118 CLT position **Work location: Hybrid (São Paulo – capital, south and north zones, or metropolitan region)** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – business hours **Mandatory requirements:** Proven experience as a videomaker or filmmaker. Proficiency in professional video capture: cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones. Proficiency in video editing (Premiere / DaVinci). Knowledge of color grading and post-production. Portfolio featuring product videos, food & beverage content, demonstration videos, or case studies. Ability to work autonomously. Availability for travel within São Paulo and its metropolitan region (approximately 5 days per month, covering São Paulo’s south and north zones) **Preferred qualifications:** Experience producing food, beverage, café, or grocery retail videos. Experience creating YouTube content (SEO, storytelling, thumbnail design). Basic Motion Graphics (After Effects). Experience producing comparative and tutorial videos. **Responsibilities:** Conduct on-site video production (camera, audio, lighting) in studio, at the client’s headquarters, and at partner locations/retail outlets. Execute full post-production: assembly, editing, color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and final delivery. Produce short videos (up to 1 minute 30 seconds) and long videos (up to 10 minutes). Collaborate with the marketing team to plan scripts (briefing, outline, structure). Ensure visual consistency and coherence in audiovisual language. Organize image libraries, B-roll footage, raw captures, and files. Propose creative ideas, shooting angles, formats, and improvements. **Salary: R$ 3,000.00** **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$28.00/day + Remote work allowance: R$200.00/month.
