Position: Maintenance Assistant Schedule: To be determined Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, communal antennas, TV set tuning, radios, etc. • Execute the daily Preventive Maintenance Plan. • Replace light bulbs, ballasts, electrical outlets, and other components. • Carry out repairs on the hotel’s plumbing system (toilets, faucets, etc.). • Inspect parking areas and garages, performing necessary repairs and fixes. • Check daily the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours a day. • Keep work tools clean, orderly, and well-organized. • Organize documentation from third-party service providers. • Process open service orders in the system. • Perform other duties as required or requested by management. • Maintain a clean and organized workplace. • Carry out other related duties as required by department/hotel needs.
