Our work involves intensive content production across multiple channels and objectives, including **Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, sales videos, and strategic campaigns**, always focusing on growth, quality, and authentic audience connection. We are building an increasingly strong and professional operation, seeking individuals who want to grow alongside us, learn hands-on, and become part of one of the market’s top references. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Filmmaker / Content Capture Specialist** to join the Floripa Calistenia team. This person will be responsible for participating in on-site recordings and organizing recorded materials, ensuring captured content is well-structured for editing and use across various operational areas. This position is ideal both for those already familiar with recording and for those eager to **enter this field and learn hands-on**, within an operation featuring real production volume and growth potential. **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in on-site recordings of operational content * Capture materials for: * advertisements * sales videos * Instagram content * YouTube content * behind-the-scenes and other strategic formats * Organize recorded materials clearly and consistently * Sort, name, and structure files to streamline the editing workflow * Help maintain order and agility in the content production process * Support the team in executing daily audiovisual tasks **Requirements** * Reside in **Florianópolis or Greater Florianópolis** * Own an **iPhone** for recordings * Be available to attend on-site recordings * Be organized, proactive, and committed * Have genuine interest in learning and advancing in the audiovisual / content production field **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience recording for social media, businesses, or creators * Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, and capture techniques * Interest in marketing, content, audiovisual production, and performance * Familiarity with file organization and production routines **Ideal Candidate Profile** We seek someone who: * Is eager to learn * Enjoys dynamic environments * Likes content production and behind-the-scenes work * Is agile, responsible, and adaptable * Wants to grow alongside the operation More than advanced experience, we seek a person with **positive attitude, willingness, and drive to improve**. **Work Model** * **On-site** work, conducting recordings across Greater Florianópolis * Direct involvement in Floripa Calistenia’s daily content production routine **How to Apply** If you live in Greater Florianópolis, own an iPhone, enjoy the content/audiovisual field, and wish to enter or advance in this industry alongside a strong operation, this role may be for you.
