**On-site opportunity in Santo Antônio de Lisboa \- Florianópolis** Daily responsibilities include planning and monitoring initiatives, analyzing performance indicators, identifying and addressing needs, proposing process improvements, and ensuring alignment with project and organizational objectives. **Key responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring software projects; Support the requirements analyst in maintaining activity scope; Document project progress and report deviations (risks, deadlines, resource shortages, etc.); Prepare regular project reports; Support the development of schedules and action plans in collaboration with involved departments; Lead alignment and status update meetings for projects; Foster communication among involved departments; Support the definition and maintenance of departmental routines and/or controls; Contribute to and promote quality practices, information security, and data privacy in daily routines; Design, develop, and enhance process automations; Ensure data quality, organization, and reliability; Build and enhance metrics, dashboards, and management reports; Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains; Ensure rapid communication of incidents and/or critical system issues. **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **Requirements:** Intermediate knowledge of JIRA, including ability to implement automations, configure workflows, create dashboards, etc.; Strong written communication skills for preparing reports and announcements; Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban for application within adapted processes; **Desirable:** Postgraduate studies or short courses in Project Management; Experience in project management; Experience in product development (hardware or software).
