If you possess analytical and negotiation skills and thrive on challenges, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Forecast external production processes, considering demand, historical data, and service providers' capacity; * Monitor production progress, ensuring compliance with volumes, deadlines, and specifications; * Manage and monitor finished goods inventory, maintaining appropriate levels to meet demand; * Track raw material purchases and delivery lead times; * Maintain frequent communication with service providers to align schedules, priorities, and any production adjustments; * Monitor scheduled and actual production dates, performing follow-up to prevent delays; * Control and analyze process losses, identifying deviations, root causes, and impacts; * Monitor the dispatch and return of materials from service providers, ensuring traceability and quantity control; * Monitor costs of outsourced processes and price variations; * Collaborate with the Quality department to address deviations, rework, and losses; * Identify opportunities to reduce losses, lead time, and costs; * Support the preparation of departmental reports and KPIs (forecast, inventory, deadlines, and losses); * Suggest improvements to control processes, systems, or reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting; * Knowledge of invoices and taxation; * Prior experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning and Control (PCP); * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in data analysis.
