




Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities, ensuring compliance with the company's established productivity, quality, and safety goals. Ensure efficient use of resources, process standardization, and engagement of the operational team, working directly on the shop floor and maintaining continuous integration with the PCP, Quality, and Maintenance departments. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise assembly, painting, and machine inspection stages, ensuring quality and productivity; * Assign tasks to teams and monitor execution of daily and weekly production plans; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, scrap, rework, absenteeism, among others); * Ensure application of quality, safety, and 5S standards in the manufacturing environment; * Conduct operational meetings to align and communicate targets to the team; * Control the use of materials and supplies, minimizing waste and costs; * Support and promote continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean, process standardization); * Analyze failures and propose corrective and preventive solutions; * Monitor team training, development, and performance evaluations; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental requirements; * Prepare and report daily and weekly production reports to management. **Required qualifications:** * Technical or higher education in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in production supervision within industrial environments (heavy equipment, automotive, or similar); * Knowledge of assembly, painting, and machine inspection processes; * Experience managing operational teams, productivity control, quality, and safety; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production orders; * Proficiency in Excel and production control tools (indicators, daily reports); * Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, process standardization, and quality control; * Availability to work in a manufacturing environment and oversee operations on the shop floor. **Desired qualifications:** * Additional training in Industrial Management, Lean Manufacturing, or PCP; * Experience implementing continuous improvements and waste reduction; * Knowledge of industrial painting and finishing processes; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Analytical skills for interpreting production and quality KPIs; * Strong communication skills and hands\-on attitude, focused on results and deadlines; * Knowledge of occupational safety and applicable environmental regulations.
