The objective of the Product Development Assistant position is to produce the product's shipping marks and keep the product information updated in their respective registrations, as well as assist in the graphic production of the necessary materials that make up the product. * Assistance in product creation: (Manual translation, Box blade translation, Color definition, Typography, Layout, Label creation, Definition and registration of SKU and EAN codes) * Registration in Bling * Keep information updated in Lexxos * Filling out spreadsheets in Excel * Registration in GS1 * Creation of kits and new product variations to encourage sales * Provide assistance to the customer service department regarding any product-related inquiries * Provide support to the B2C Sales department in order to continuously improve our listings: (Description update, Photo update, Update of general characteristics) Produce the necessary materials to ensure listings are complete (photos, videos, title research, meta tags) * Checklist and verification upon cargo receipt; * Provide assistance to the Quality/Shipment department; * Support the purchasing department to ensure they have all necessary information for correct procurement, as well as all materials comprising the product (box, manual, labels, identification codes, etc)
