**PCP ASSISTANT:**
**Mission:** Assist in planning and scheduling production processes to meet manufacturing requirements and demand, control material availability, equipment, labor, and monitor production flow. Transform customer requirements into products through material planning, manufacturing, and production scheduling.
**POSITION: PCP ASSISTANT (Production Planning and Control)**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Support the receipt and entry of work process information into the system;
* Assist in issuing production orders (POs) and preparing checklists;
* Deliver updated production orders and technical drawings directly to the production area;
* Assist in production reporting and recording manufacturing times for parts;
* Record and report production rework to the analyst/leadership;
* Support the department in monitoring daily production to ensure compliance with the established plan;
* Verify and list materials required for each manufacturing order, requesting supplies from the warehouse as needed to prevent stoppages;
* Monitor production flow and immediately alert leadership regarding potential bottlenecks, delays, or material shortages;
* Assist in collecting and compiling data for preparing production maps and reports (daily, weekly, and monthly);
* Visually monitor machine and equipment status and utilization;
* Comply with company policies, demonstrating through behavior one's contribution to the department and the company;
* Contribute to the department by maintaining cleanliness, organization, environmental care, and safety;
* Observe preventive safety and hygiene measures to avoid workplace accidents and occupational diseases (proper use of PPE);
* Follow instructions contained in various documents, such as drawings, operation sheets, etc., according to company standards and procedures;
* Perform other administrative and operational support tasks of a similar nature associated with this position.
**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
* **Education:** Completed High School. (Technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields are desirable).
* **Experience:** Prior experience in industrial administrative routines, production reporting, or inventory management will be considered an advantage.

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:**
* Computer skills (Microsoft Office – basic to intermediate level, with emphasis on Excel);
* Basic knowledge of LID (Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings) – *Desirable*;
* Basic mathematical reasoning;
* Fundamental understanding of PCP routines and production processes;
* Prior knowledge of machining/mechanical products or processes is an advantage.
