Work on an innovative project that impacts financial lives and businesses **Let’s pursue the extraordinary together?** **Our Principles** * Communicate person-to-person * Pursue the extraordinary * Bring innovation to life * Strengthen ourselves through transparency **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role Will Be:** * Create memorable digital experiences – Develop responsive and accessible interfaces from wireframes and prototypes, ensuring smooth and intuitive navigation. * Write clean and scalable code – Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and promote best practices. * Build high-performance applications – Create reusable components with Flutter, optimizing loading speed and accessibility. * Collaborate actively with the team – Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to deliver the best user experience. * Ensure stability and innovation – Monitor and resolve incidents promptly, while developing new features and continuous improvements for the platform. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve mobile applications using Flutter * Experience with at least one state management solution * Knowledge of a platform’s lifecycle * Consumption of REST/RESTful APIs * Ability to work with Figma, translating designs into code faithful to the prototype * Familiarity with clean architecture, layer separation, and project modularization * Experience with version control using GIT **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with Fastlane/Bitrise * Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, push notifications, etc.) * Practice in automated testing with Flutter Test/Integration Test * Knowledge of native development using Swift and/or Kotlin * Knowledge of unit and integration testing * Experience with React Native * Experience submitting builds to app stores **Additional Information** **At Franq, You Will:** * Work alongside experienced and renowned professionals in the financial market * Develop, evolve, and learn skills using best practices and cutting-edge technologies * Participate in an innovative project that impacts customers’ financial lives and creates new ways of doing business **We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Flexible benefits card (Caju) worth R$ 1\.033,50 * Medical and dental insurance, fully covered by the company (Bradesco Plan), with no co-payment * Life insurance * Partnership with Wellhub (Gympass) * Partnerships with Psicologia Viva and Conexa Saúde * Birthday day off * Fruit station for Franqers working onsite **Diversity and Inclusion at Franq!** At Franq, you have space to be authentically yourself!
