In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: * Plan, develop, and implement pedagogical activities and differentiated methodologies tailored to the specific needs of students with disabilities, global developmental disorders, and high abilities/giftedness * Identify students’ special educational needs and design appropriate teaching and learning strategies * Monitor student development individually and collaboratively with regular classroom teachers * Adapt curricula and teaching materials according to the needs of the students served * Record and monitor student progress, preparing reports and assessments * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and gatherings with the school’s pedagogical team **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or in Special Education * Proven experience in specialized educational support * Knowledge of various disabilities, disorders, and high abilities/giftedness * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to adapt to students’ individual needs * Capacity to work collaboratively and establish partnerships with regular classroom teachers **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Special Education or related fields * Familiarity with Assistive Technologies * Experience in public schools or private school networks We seek individuals who believe in the power of education and the strength of human relationships.
