Collaboration with marketing, content, and media teams to deliver visual solutions We seek a Designer who will strategically and creatively contribute to the development of promotional campaigns, ensuring visual excellence, brand consistency, and high impact across various formats and channels. This position plays a pivotal role in defining visual direction, evolving creative standards, and developing the design team. **Your main responsibilities will include:** \-Ensuring visual identity, consistency, and high-quality standards across all campaigns \-Serving as a technical and creative reference, guiding and validating the design team's deliverables \-Developing and maintaining style guides, templates, and visual libraries \-Adapting and directing key visuals for different formats and channels \-Collaborating with marketing, content, and media teams to translate business objectives into visual solutions and process improvements **Requirements:** \-Proficiency in core design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint) \-Solid experience in promotional design, visual identity, and visual storytelling \-Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields; additional courses/certifications are a plus **Location:** São José/SC \- Kobrasol neighborhood Send your resume!
