Come build an outstanding case study with us! We seek a dynamic, communicative, and organized individual to serve as a Commercial Assistant, providing strategic support to the commercial team. The primary focus will be managing the inbound flow of new leads (especially—but not exclusively—budget requests via influencers), ensuring agile and high-quality service from the first contact. This person will act as the bridge between client interest and business formalization, responsible for gathering detailed briefings, assisting in proposal development, and overseeing the administrative workflow through contract signing. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend to clients seeking our influencers (passive/inbound contacts); * Conduct detailed briefing collection to understand campaign needs and objectives; * Actively collaborate in developing customized commercial proposals; * Identify commercial opportunities for our influencers in the market, presenting project proposals to brands; * Provide full support to the commercial team in scheduling management and tracking submitted proposals; * Participate in meetings with clients and partners both inside and outside the SpotLab office; * Monitor the closing process (follow\-up), ensuring contract signing and payment scheduling; * Keep CRM or commercial tracking spreadsheets updated with the status of each negotiation; * Interface with the Projects/Operations team to ensure delivered work aligns with the briefing; * Assist in preparing commercial presentations and sales support materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed) preferred; * Experience in commercial support, pre\-sales (SDR/BDR), or advertising services; * Prior experience in customer service, commercial support, or inside sales; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and social media; * Ability to organize processes and manage multiple contacts simultaneously; * Proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace); * Familiarity with the digital influencer ecosystem and advertising agencies; * CRM tool experience preferred; * Willingness to travel; * Agility and sense of urgency (focus on preventing leads from going cold); * Resilient profile with strong persuasion skills; * Exceptional organization and attention to deadlines; * Proactivity in identifying opportunities within budget requests; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. **Additional Information** Our benefits: * Restaurant voucher and equipped dining facility; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan with telemedicine via AIS Unimed; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Childcare allowance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Sesc membership; * Pharmacy discount program; * Life insurance; * Discount on ND newspaper subscription, which includes the Clube NDmais benefits club; * ND University (our internal training and course platform); * Guia da Alma \- Online therapy platform.
