Client consultation and guidance with strategic case analysis **Position: Labor Lawyer** We are looking for a committed labor lawyer who pays close attention to detail, possesses strategic thinking, is proactive, has excellent analytical ability, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach when interacting with clients, to join our team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in labor law; * Proficiency in the PJe system; * Experience in labor calculations; * Experience in conciliation hearings and instruction hearings; * Experience in public-facing client service; * Ability to identify employment-related demands and issues not initially perceived by the client; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Preferred Qualification:** * Knowledge of the PJe-Calc system. **Main Responsibilities:** * Representation in labor litigation at all stages; * Drafting of procedural documents; * Performing labor calculations; * Participation in conciliation and instruction hearings; * Client consultation and guidance; * Strategic case analysis, including identification of new legal demands. **Location:** São José/SC. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00\. **Compensation and Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with the role \+ health insurance.
